Noticeboard

Emergencies
If you have severe chest pain, and feel that you are in danger of collapsing, please call 999 directly. Emergency Out of Hours – 0300 123 3211.

Test Results
We will normally contact you directly if you need to see a doctor to get the results of any tests. Alternatively you may have been told to book a follow-up appointment. If you do need to find out the result directly, and would like to save an appointment for another patient to use, please ring between 15:00 and 18:00.

Home Visits
Please telephone requests before 10:30 am if possible. This will enable the doctors to plan their house visits and avoid delays. DO THINK CAREFULLY BEFORE USING THIS FACILITY as it uses a lot more of the doctor’s time.

Any patients over the age of 65 or who have a chronic disease such as Diabetes, COPD, Heart Disease and Kidney Disease are entitled to have their seasonal flu vaccination.

It is also highly recommended that patients who are pregnant receive the vaccine.

We are currently completing our flu clinics in these unprecedented times.  This year we have been unable to offer a walk in clinic and all appointments have to be pre-booked.

Patients who have been identified as high COVID risk have been contacted.

We have now offered appointments to patients on the chronic disease registers and the over 65's.

Anyone aged 50-64 has now been added to the eligible cohort for this years flu campaign.

We can offer these after the 1st December. Please phone the Surgery to book an appointment. We will also be running a Saturday morning clinic on 5th December, for patients who are working but these must also be pre-booked.

WHEN YOU ATTEND

  • DO NOT ATTEND IF YOU ARE UNWELL
  • PLEASE WEAR SHORT SLEEVED CLOTHES AND A FACE COVERING
  • PLEASE ARRIVE AS CLOSE TO YOUR APPOINTMENT TIME AS POSSIBLE TO REDUCE CONGESTION ON THE CAR PARK.

THANK YOU FOR YOUR CO OPERATION.
