We aim to do our best to provide a personal service to all our patients to the best of our abilities. However it is understandable that sometimes things may not go as well as planned, or as they should. If you are unsatisfied with your treatment you should mention this to a staff member.
We can only improve services, where possible, if we get feedback on our performance. We can learn from the negative as much as we feel good to hear the positive! If you wish to make a formal complaint, please do this in writing and addressed to the Practice Manager, who will acknowledge receipt of the complaint as soon as possible.
